We are looking for an addition to our HR / recruitment team who can help us actively search for new colleagues for the JMWD team. Your main role will be to reach out to people where they actually are - mainly on LinkedIn and in professional communities. The goal is simple: to fill open positions quickly and with quality (developers, project managers, sales, support) and to maintain a constant overview of suitable candidates.
Your Responsibilities
- Active search for people - looking for suitable candidates on LinkedIn, in professional groups and communities
- Reaching out to candidates - writing personal messages, reminding them, coordinating preliminary interviews
- Initial interviews - basic verification of experience, motivation, and whether we connect
- Recruitment coordination - scheduling dates, providing feedback, assisting with offers and references
- Data organization - tracking candidates, keeping an overview of their status
- Recruitment texts - assisting with writing ads and presenting the company as a good place to work
- Building a contact database - maintaining relationships with people who may be useful in the future
What We Expect from You
- Experience with active search for people (ideally in IT, but not a condition)
- You can write concise and clear messages that catch people's attention
- You can work with recruitment tools and track candidates
- Independence, reliability, and a desire to finish tasks
- Excellent Czech language skills, English is an advantage
