We are looking for a communicative and energetic person who enjoys talking to people and can engage them within the first few seconds of the call. Your task will be to actively contact potential business clients, present JMWD services to them, and schedule a follow-up meeting with a salesperson. This is not mindless calling – each call has a purpose and a clear goal.
Your Responsibilities
- Phone potential clients and present them with the JMWD offer
- Explain the benefits of our services and gauge interest in collaboration
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives and pass on contact information
- Work with a database of companies and document communication in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on outreach strategy
What We Expect From You
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Courage to pick up the phone and ability to respond promptly
- Interest in learning about sales and developing your business talent
- Ability to engage and quickly build trust in conversation
- Basic computer skills, email, and spreadsheets
- Advantage: experience with call centers, customer service, or sales
